COMPLETE HEALING
& WHOLENESS
"It takes courage, compassion, and safety to move toward healing. We need support, and resources as we push against our growth edges and consider making lasting shifts in our lives."
“Soften and befriend your own life. There is no healing path without self-compassion.”
Francis Weller
Our lives and relationships are all so nuanced. We each bring attachment histories and old coping mechanisms into our relationships. When my marriage began to unravel I was scared, confused, and devastated. I had no idea where to start picking up the pieces and who was safe to trust for support. As I began to step into my work I realized that my path forward was going to require a level of grief, surrender, and honesty that I could either accept or spend the rest of my life running from. I didn’t know what was ahead of me, but I did know, I would never be the version of myself I was before this reckoning.
I found a safe space and began to consider what was true about my relationship, and why I was complicit in it. My path toward awareness and healing was painful, honest, and empowering. I have learned that my peace and healing were directly on the other side of the pain I had been avoiding for years.
My intention for my clients is to hold a safe space as they consider what is true about their lives and relationships. It takes courage, compassion, and safety to move toward healing. We need support, grace, and inner resources to support us as we push against our growth edges and consider making lasting shifts in our lives.
The truth is that healing, change, and grief take as long as they take. There are no magic pills or quick fixes to healing. There is support, resources, and safe spaces to lean in and begin to heal. Healing is possible! Ownership and empowerment are possible! You are worthy of healing!
