During our 50-minute session, we will explore areas and relationships in your life that you would like to see shift.  In coaching, we deal in the here and now. We will often circle back to consider where a specific coping mechanism originated and examine what resources you may need to slowly move away from behaviors that no longer serve you and your most significant relationships.
